Yet another sunday. Listening to Bjork's greatest hits, downloaded through winmx, just surfing about filling time. Got some links for you, of course.
If you like salmon, don't buy American. Aparently, the latest tests of the farmed salmon coming out of America show high levels of PCBs. If you don't know what they are you really should find out, because they're nasty nasty nasty. I first read about them in Neal Stephenson's "eco-thriller" (that's what it sez on the cover) Zodiac. I love Neal Stephenson, he has an uncanny ability to mix elements of hard science with interesting characters and a good story. I recommend him.
( interview with Neal from 1999, after cryptonomicon was released, here )
A post humerous interview with Phillip K. Dick produced in a very clever way. Check that shit out!
