Kick out the jams, motherfucker!

still on that old-old-skool punk rawk tip (that'll be proto-punk then) Arthur, a free downloadable magazine in PDF format, has a whole bunch of stuff about MC5 in their latest issue (number 9) including interviews with the film-makers behind MC5: A True Testimonial, a documentary about the group, and a discussion of their work. Well worth checking out. I know I will be as soon as I get the chance.

Have an essay to hand in on monday on early cinema in your area, specifically exhibition, which is a whole barrel of academic fun. Expect stuff on here maybe dictaphone interviews in mp3 format and possibly the essay itself.
