serialised today in both the observer and possibly the daily mail (I'm not sure) are the memoirs of Greg Dyke, former director-general of the BBC, who was forced out by the labour government and the BBC board of directors (bunch of pussies one and all) over the hutton inquiry. For those not in the know, it's all to do with labour making overblown statements concerning Saddam's WMD cappacity, which the bbc called them on, and which annoyed Tony Blair and his cronies somewhat.
